Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At O’Womaniyah, we want you to feel comfortable and confident about what you order. Because we sell intimate wear, our return and exchange policy also needs to protect the hygiene and safety of every customer.
Bras & Camisoles — Size Exchange
If the size you ordered doesn’t work for you, eligible bras and camisoles may be exchanged for another size, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
For size exchanges, return and re-shipping/courier charges are borne by the customer.
Please contact us before sending any product back so we can confirm eligibility and guide you through the exchange.
Panties & Other Hygiene-Sensitive Products
For hygiene reasons, panties cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
Please check the product details and size information carefully before ordering. If you need help choosing, contact us before placing your order — we’ll be happy to guide you.
Wrong, Damaged or Defective Item
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will assist you with an appropriate replacement or resolution at no additional shipping cost to you.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before the order has been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to the applicable return/exchange conditions above.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the applicable/original payment method after the returned product has been received and checked.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged or defective due to an error from our side.
