The centre part of the bra between the 2 cups (gore) will tell you exactly about your fit…the gore should sit perfectly in the centre holding cups with whatever coverage the bra offers….the straps should not dig in to your shoulder and the waistband should neither ride up or rest too low.

Depends on your usage and wash habits….but replacing one in 6 to 9 months is recommended.

there is nothing wrong with sleeping in a bra….but it should be soft and comfortable….padded and wired ones aren’t recommended
